Terms of Service

By using Live With Me you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Live With Me connects hosts, who offer one-to-one live video sessions, with customers who book them. Sessions are always between two people. Hosts are independent and responsible for the sessions they offer.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate profile information.
• Host accounts and every session are reviewed before going live. We may ask for proof of qualifications.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, receive repeated reports, or misuse the platform.

Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

• Each session shows its price, length, booking notice, cancellation window and timing rules before you book.
• Customers who cancel before the session's cancellation window get a full refund; inside the window there is no refund.
• If a host cancels or doesn't show up, the customer is refunded in full.
• If a customer doesn't show up, the host is still paid.
• If the session can't connect at all — including through the host's fallback link — the customer is refunded.
• Hosts can delete a session only after pausing it and once all its booked sessions have ended.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal and go directly to the host. Live With Me keeps a service fee of 10% of the session price. If a payment is disputed, we refund our service fee; the rest of the dispute is between the customer and the host through PayPal.

Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, sexual content, illegal activity or recording a session without the other person's consent. Hosts can block customers, and anyone can report a problem; we review reports and act on them.

Privacy

Calls are peer-to-peer and never recorded by us. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how we use Google Calendar access if you connect it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Live With Me isn't liable for the content of sessions, for what hosts or customers do, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
